You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unaltered, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials.
Momi Toys covers return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns or products ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
