We want every purchase you make with Momi Toys to be one you feel great about. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy to return or exchange your item.

 

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by reaching out to us at info@momitoys.com — just have your order number handy when you do.

 

After that window has passed, we can’t guarantee a cancellation since your order may already be in the fulfillment process. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

If your order is already on its way, you’re still covered — simply return it once it arrives, following the guidelines outlined below.

 

30-Day Easy Returns

You have a full 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. To qualify, returned items must meet the following conditions:

 

  1.                  Unused and unaltered
  2.                   In their original condition
  3.                   Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your return falls into any of the following categories, we’ll cover all associated costs:

 

            You received the wrong item

            The product was damaged during shipping

            The item has a manufacturing defect

 

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you’re returning an item for personal reasons — such as ordering the wrong size, deciding it’s not the right fit, or simply changing your mind — the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

 

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

 

How to Return an Item

1.    Contact Us — Send an email to info@momitoys.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item.

2.    Pack Your Item — Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, making sure to include all accessories, tags, and any documents that came with it.

3.    Send It Back — Follow the shipping instructions included in your return authorization email. We recommend using the carrier or method specified there.

 

Refund Process

       Inspection:         When we receive your return, we’ll review it to confirm it meets our return criteria.

       Refund Timing: Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 7 business days for it to appear.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges. Whether you need a different size, color, or a completely different product, reach out to us at info@momitoys.com and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

 

Order Not Delivered

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch at info@momitoys.com with your order number. We’ll look into the matter with the carrier on your behalf.

 

If the package is confirmed as lost, we’ll either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send out a replacement — whichever you prefer — at no additional charge.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety considerations. Any product falling into this category will be clearly labelled as non-returnable on its product page before you purchase.
